We are currently partnered with a multi award winning specialist property solutions contractor, who are expanding their team, seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

- Base salary of �35K-�45K
- Motoring expenditure allowance of �3K
- 24 days annual leave + bank holidays & your birthday off
- Pay review every January

- Ensure appropriate commercial controls are in place and adhered to
- Build long term, influential relationships with preferred suppliers to provide flexibility to changing business needs
- Secure the company's full entitlement through the contract
- Work with the team to negotiate with partners and control the commercial aspects of the supply chain
- Experience in social housing planned works
- Data interrogation skills
- A drive and passion for the role
- QS degree recently qualified or equivalent training
- Experience of Management Accounts
- Commercial contractor exposure
