Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Calibre Search are working with a highly established medium sized Consultancy who are now looking to bring in a Graduate to Assistant level Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Warrington.
After recently moving to their new office located away from the town centre with free parking, they have massive plans for expansion which you will play a big role in for their QS department.
You will be part of a highly skilled small but growing team where you will learn and develop your QS skills by assisting the senior surveyors and Directors of the business delivering on a range of highly valued projects within the luxury leisure, commercial and residential sectors delivering various schemes across the UK.
Great time to join a forward-thinking practice certainly on the up as they have made numerous strides in the market and be given full exposure. Not only this but they also have a full APC support structure in place with their Associate Director being an APC Accessor themselves so you'll have the best possible support to gain your MRICS.
Duties/Requirements

• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team
• The ability to deal/face Clients of all levels
• Professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility within all work matters.
• Assisting in offering Pre & Post Contract services - Final Accounts/BOQ's/measurements etc
• Project Management/Employer Agent Services/ on-site travel & inspections.
• Degree qualified and working towards your APC
