Assistant Quantity Surveyor

My client are one the UK's leading construction contractors delivering high-quality fit-out, new build, refurbishment, and facilities management projects across the country.

Sectors they work in include retail, commercial, industrial, leisure, education, and healthcare.

They are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing business and work on a range of facilities management and small works projects, valued at up to �2m.

As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve assisting with the below:

• Cost control and value management strategies.
• Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
• Help to oversee the commercial aspects of projects
• Manage cash flow.
• Manage subcontractor payments.
• Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
