A niche, Leeds-based Property and Construction Consultancy is searching for a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about their APC journey and ready to take on greater responsibilities.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor role

Joining a multi-disciplinary team, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work on a diverse range of impactful projects, up to �50m, and play a pivotal role in delivering these schemes through cost control, valuations, cost planning, and reporting.

You'll be joining a team of 25 professionals, from junior to chartered senior surveyors, who thrive in an environment that values innovation and mentorship. This consultancy has a 15-year track record of success and offers clear career progression, with genuine opportunities to advance from Chartered Quantity Surveyor to Director.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying Degree
• 12+ months experience within a UK consultancy
• Articulate, professional and career-focused
• Pre & post contract experience is beneficial but not essential
