My client is a small, yet growing bespoke developer of excellent quality homes based in the southampton area. They typically will build 100 units per year from this one office and build flats and houses in prime locations.

The Commercial Manager is searching for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work under supervision whilst managing�the subcontract procurement for new housing developments, work as part of the Commercial team (of 4) and where necessary value engineer and make sure you are protecting the commercial viability of projects.�

It is preferred�that you have worked for a housing developer or have proven experience with a Build Construction company.�

The role will include�a competitive salary, �30K to��38K, car�allowance, healthcare, 25 days hols.
