Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to kick-start your career with a leading Tier 1 Property Services Contractor? We are seeking a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support projects focused on retrofit and decarbonisation works for social housing properties in the Sevenoaks area.

The Role:

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with senior members of the commercial team, gaining hands-on experience in cost management, procurement, and contract administration. You will be involved in projects aimed at improving energy efficiency and sustainability across social housing schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the commercial management of retrofit and decarbonisation projects.
• Support cost planning, procurement, and contract administration tasks.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Help monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and sustainability standards.
