Ideal candidate:

• Main contractor background


• Experience on Housing�projects desired


• Ambitious and motivated work attitude

Duties will include:�

• Assisting with procuring materials and subcontractors.


• Attending project progress meetings.


• Assisting with subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.


• Preparation of final accounts.


• Identifying commercial risks.


• Monitoring cash flow.


• Assisting with the CVR.


• Working�with the site teams�


• Reporting to the Quantity Surveyor�
