Assistant Quantity Surveyor for Residential Main Contractor on 4 year RC Frame project in West London.

About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Your role as Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be to work in a commercial team on a RC Frame residential project valued at �45m in West London.

You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Procuring subcontract packages
• Managing payments to subcontractors
• Feeding in to CVRs
• Measuring works

You must be willing to travel to sites daily.

Requirements:

The company are looking for a candidate with experience working ideally on residential projects, with knowledge of JCT Contract, however this is not essential and experience with a main contractor managing packages from procurement to final accounting is also considered. The ideal candidate is someone who is a highly motivated and keen to join a business with excellent training and progression on offer and someone who wants to build a career in surveying.

• Degree in a construction related subject
• Ideally experience with another main contractor or developer managing subcontractor packages

About the Company:

This company have a current turnover of �50m with strong growth plan over the next 2 years, with 2 x large RC Frame multi block projects starting in West London in the coming weeks. Working as a main contractor in conjunction with local authorities to provide affordable housing.
