About Us:�Our client a leading Tier 1 main contractor with a strong presence nationwide. Our client is seeking an�Assistant Quantity Surveyor�to join their team based in the East Midlands. The initial project will be an 800-plot site in Hucknall.

Role Overview:�We are looking for an�Assistant Quantity Surveyor�with experience in any sector or background. This role can be offered on a contract or permanent basis. Our client provides full support to help you gain chartership and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans.


• Supporting cost analysis and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.


• Helping with subcontractor procurement and negotiation.


• Assisting in preparing and submitting interim valuations and final accounts.


• Supporting the assessment and management of project risks and opportunities.


• Providing assistance with accurate and timely cost reporting to senior management.


• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.


• Supporting the project team with commercial and contractual advice.
