Assistant Quantity Surveyor

ACR have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a successful,�leading and reputable Developer based on the Hertfordshire/Essex border.�

Some responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the full surveying function for small or phased developments (e.g., 50-100 units) from start to finish.


• Preparing construction cost estimates for various design proposals during the pre-contract stage.


• Assisting with monthly and periodic financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.


• Managing Costco/Matco reporting.


• Aiding in the settlement of contractual disputes and claims.


• Assisting with project preliminary reconciliation and forecasting.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have:

• Bsc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent��


• Experience working as a Trainee/Assistant Surveyor within the construction industry


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
