About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be site-based on either pharmaceutical or commercial projects valued around �20m - �50m. You will be joining a successful Main Contractor with over 50 years of experience in the industry. They place a strong emphasis on building a community within the workplace and collaborating to innovate together. Key Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

• Looking after subcontractor payments and managing the full downstream process
• Support the preparation of tenders and bids
• Helping with the administration of contracts
• Assisting in preparing and monitoring cost estimations

Key Requirements of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

• Live within commutable distance from Cambridge
• Minimum 2 years of experience at a Main Contractor working on projects valued �20m +
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
