The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will enjoy a dynamic and varied workload, gaining exposure to an impressive range of projects. These include commercial developments, educational institutions (universities & colleges), housing associations, private residential schemes, student housing, blue light services, heritage & conservation projects, and legacy developments.

This consultancy has a strong track record of supporting APC candidates, with a team of senior Chartered professionals dedicated to providing expert mentorship and guidance. Their structured in-house APC programme boasts an outstanding success rate, ensuring candidates receive the best possible support on their journey to MRICS status.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
• Basic Pre & Post Contract experience
• The desire to have a varied workload sector wise
