Working Hours - Mon - Fri + 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis (with a day back in lieu in the following week)

Synced Talent are currently supporting a client operating within the residential property sector to recruit a talented Assistant Manager to join their team at their impressive site in Cambridge

Working closely with the Building Manager and on site team, this role is all about - Resident experience - so a 100% customer focused attitude is key!

You will need to be…

Warm & friendly, approachable, professional and have an incredible, never ending passion for customer service/journey…

In addition, you will ideally need to have some leadership experience within the residential property sector - lettings, student accommodation, BTR, CoLiving, hospitality or other living accommodation as these sectors bring fantastic transferable skills!

In this role you would be the key point of contact within the building for all residents and the onsite team.

Outline duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in leading, motivating and developing a small onsite team


• Customer service & customer journey


• Resident care, engagement and satisfaction including the organisation of events


• Management of Social media channels for the building


• Sales & Marketing - Site visits, tours and events


• Building management - Compliance, H&S and coordination of maintenance requests


• Building administration & Coordination e.g. tenancy, lease, contractor liaison


• Deputise in the absence of the Manager


• Drive the highest rates of retention and community engagement
