About the position
Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
Oversee the training and development of the team
Become a guru with the food menu and wine list, sharing your knowledge with the guests and team
Support the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant
The successful candidate
Must have experience working in restaurants & hotels
A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
A passion for wine
Rosette Restaurant experience beneficial
A born leader with excellent communication skills
Must be able to commute to the hotel
