A family-owned small luxury hotel collection in the Cotswolds is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant & Bar Managerto work in a family owned,4 AA Red Star property just outside of Broadway in the Cotswolds.

Responsibilities
Provide a guest-centred approach to customer service working to the highest standards
Providing superb hospitality at every moment to valued guests
Working within a busy AA Rosette restaurant and bar
Ensuring great, quality food and drink are being served to a high standard
Managing a team with a motivational approach
Ensuring each team member is adhering to company standards
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Fine dining restaurant experience essential
Own transport due to rural location if not living in
Hard working and self-motivated
Excellent time management and organisational skills
