A bit about what you will do...

Assistant Room Service Managers in our luxury hotel oversee restaurant operations for the room service outlet, ensuring the team delivers warm, welcoming and exceptional service that consistently exceeds guests expectations.

Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests needs and brand standards.
Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Communicate and enforce policies and procedures regarding pouring measures and age verification.
Work closely with the Head Chef and The Director of Food and Beverage to identify pertinent concepts and menu design for the outlet in line with brand standards.
Conduct daily briefings with the team and attend daily Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Manage staffing levels according to business demands.
Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.

Proven track record in a similar position within a 5-star hotel.
Excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
Experience of working with brand standards.
