The ideal candidate must have 5 years experience in the property industry with valuing experience preferred. You must be a well presented, proactive and target driven team player.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary package and benefits for the Assistant Sales Manager position include:

• Basic �30,000�


• OTE �60,000�


• Car allowance


• Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm working alternate Saturdays (day off in lieu)�

The ideal candidate for this Assistant Sales Manager will:

• Have 5 years previous experience


• Valuing/listing experience preferred


• Must have a full understanding of the sales process


• Be proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment


• Be target driven,�well spoken and presented


• Possess excellent communication skills


• Also have outstanding organisational skills


• IT Literate


• Be able to inspire and lead others


• Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner

The role of the Assistant Sales Manager will entail:

• Mentor your team


• carry out weekly team meetings


• Meeting with clients


• Win new instructions


• Valuations and listings


• Carry out viewings of the properties


• Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs


• Negotiating the offer between the buyer and the seller


• Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone


• Promoting properties via different mediums
