Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Foreman

One of the UK's leading developers is looking for a Assistant Site Manager to join them on a temporary contract until the end of June to assist in the delivery of plots for the end of year. Although initially this is a temporary position, it does have the possability to go permenant for the right person.

Role Overview

The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for helping to manage and coordinate the following key areas:

• Internals�


• First fix to handover


• Managing subcontractors such as drylining, carpentry and M&E


• Reporting directly into the senior site manager


• Customer Care and snagging
