Assistant Site Manager

Are you an Assistant Site Manager with experience of working for a house builder, or major contractor? Do you want to work for a new developer as an Assistant Site Manager and receive the support and training to ensure you make an excellent Site Manager in your own right? Contract Type: Perm

Start: July 24

Salary: 45k + car, bonus and bens

There are about 80 units to complete over the next two years. All of the properties are traditional build. The successful Assistant Site manager will work closely with the existing Senior Site Manager and assist on all stages of the build process.

Requirements:

CSCS, First Aid at Work, SMSTS

Experience with a house builder as an Assistant Site Manager OR Sub Contractor Supervisor / Manager working on new build volume housing

A desire to produce a high quality product and appreciate ongoing training and professional development.
