Assistant Site Manager

We are working with a well-known national house-builder who are looking for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager for a new site in Exeter.

In this role you will assist the Site Manager in the planning and programming of site activities ensuring the work is completed in a safe manner. You will also be required to deputise for the Site Manager where necessary, managing quality standards to meet customer expectations.

You will work closely with the sales team regarding customer options and will assist with the resolution of any issues.

About you:

Ideally you will be an experienced Assistant Site Manager with good knowledge in building process including NHBC and Building Regulations.

You will have strong communication skills and be First Aid Qualified.
