Assistant Site Manager

I am currently working with a main contractor who are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager on freelance basis in Carlisle for a minimum of a�4�month period, with potential of extension.

My client are undertaking refurbishment works on 2 large multi-storey residential buildings, as part of their sustainability project.

1 work stream is all external works including�full scaffold, external wall insulation, air source heat pumps, wall cavities, etc.

The other work stream is all internal refurbishments including new pipework and heating in existing apartments.

They will look at taking someone that fits either of the above specifications, with either internal or external refurbishments.

The right candidate will have:

• Previous experience working on external or internal refurbishments of multi-storey buildings.


• SMSTS


• First Aid


• Health and safety


• Working at Heights and Scaffold inspection


• IT Literacy skills


• Customer facing skills
