Assistant Site Manager

A loyal client to Sphere�are looking to appoint an Assistant�Site Manager with immediate effect.�

This opportunity is in relation to a �42M, 10 Storey, 165 Unit, Build to Rent Apartment block, in central Reading.�

Your new company are a Regional Main Contractor, who are running this project out of their�Bristol Office.�

The ideal candidate for the role will come from a Degree qualified or Trade background. Initial duties will be based around QA and assisting the existing Site Manager across the Internals Packages. As the contract progresses, Finishing and Snagging will be the bulk of the requirement.�

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are�essential.�
