Assistant Site Manager

Working for a well established and regionalised regional contractor. Who are experiencing an extremely busy period of time. They are looking to add an assistant site manager to their current staffing levels.

The specific project this requirement in on is a public sector building in Exeter, the building is a 10million in value project and includes both build and refurbishment elements, The building has a 18month duration with further extension likely to be added.

The requirement - assistant site manager; with SMSTS, CSCS + First aid. Ideally with several years trainee or assistant site manager behind them. If both parties were interesting a temporary to permanent arrangement could be sought.�
