Assistant Site Manager

Albion Search are currently partnered�with a highly regarded national house builder to appoint 2x Assistant Site Managers for 2 developments in East Yorkshire.�

With fair build programmes & units delivered, along with strong NHBC scores, they are looking for Assistant Site Managers who have proven experience in assisting on volume house building sites and have worked closely with the NHBC.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting the Site Manager with the bulid programme


• Assisting the Site Manager with daily tasks


• H&S


• Inductions


• Customer Care


• Compiling snag reports


• Ensuring snags are rectified


• Home demo's


• Managing certain trades & contractors

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and ideally First Aid too. Scaffold Inspection is also desirable, along with the above relevant experience.

The client will pay up to �42,500�depending on experience, along with a car allowance/company car and a healthy benefits package.
