Assistant Site Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work for a Principal Contractor based in South Wales. �

The successful candidate will be working on new build construction projects across South Wales.

• Assist in planning, organising, and managing site operations.


• Oversee day-to-day site duties, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration with contractors.


• Monitor quality control measures, conduct inspections, and resolve issues promptly.


• Ensure contractors follow health and safety standards and regulations on-site.


• Conduct regular safety inspections and provide guidance on safe work practices.

About You:

• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS & First Aid


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Knowledge of building regulations and codes of practice
