Assistant Site Manager

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a leading housing developer in order to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a brand new scheme in Hemel Hempstead.�

The development consists of circa 100 units, all traditional build housing & apartments. Groundworks start in the coming months

As Assistant site manager you will be responsible for taking units from 1st fix to completion reporting into a Senior Site Manager.

Candidates must have experience working on traditional build housing previously, preferably high-volume ideally coming from a trades background or holding a construction related degree.�
