Assistant site manager

A regional house builder who have recently started a project in Swindon are looking for a full-time assistant site manager to support the current site manager on the project. The project has 18 months to run and you will be working closely with the site manager and build director throughout the project.

The builds are traditional with some bespoke builds within the site. The relevant individual will need to have several years of experience within the house building sector. SMSTS, CSCS + First aid, required.
