Assistant Site Manager

ACR are working with a multi-award winning privately owned housebuilder looking for experiened Assistant Site Managers for new build housing sites in Boston, Market Deeping and March.

Our client�has an extensive pipeline of projects in South Lincolnshire and North Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas with lots of opportunities for progression due to the growth plans of the business.

You will �need be an experienced Assistant Site Manager on site with a background in delivering new build residential schemes managing volume housing schemes with PLC housebuilders. Able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.

Our client is a successful privately owned residential developer that is cash rich, with extensive funding and investor backing with over 6,000 plots in their land bank aiming to deliver 1,000 units a year.�The business delivers a 50/50 split of full partnership sites, and the usual mixed tenure developments for the open market meaning lots of their sites go on building no matter the market conditions. Always�striving for quality and award wins.

Salary up to �52,000
