Assistant Site Manager

Rare opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a progressive, ambitious company that is one of the Leading Construction Contractors in the UK.

About the role

You will be assisting Senior Site managers and Site managers with the day to day operations on site. Ensuring that the construction of a large mixed use (residential & commercial) is conducted efficiently in line with the programme and within budget.

Supervising all subcontractors and co-ordinating trades on site.

You will also be responsible for Health & Safety on Site and Quality assurance of the build construction.

You will have a good understanding of construction practices and standards.

Requirements for the role

• Minimum HNC/HND in Construction (or equivalent)
• Valid Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate
• CSCS Card
• First Aid certificate
• Full UK Driving License is essential
• SMSTS
