Assistant Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join a leading housebuilder on an exciting new residential project. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Assistant Site Manager looking to further their career within the housebuilding industry.

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the successful completion of high-quality homes. The role will involve supporting the site team, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities for the Assistant Site Manager include:

• Assisting the Site Manager with the planning and execution of site operations, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.


• Managing the daily site activities, including overseeing subcontractors and tradespeople.


• Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.


• Assisting in monitoring project progress and reporting on any delays or issues.


• Supporting the management of site resources and materials to ensure smooth project flow.


• Collaborating with other team members to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Assistant Site Manager role within residential construction.


• A valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.


• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.


• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
