An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established developer on a 70-unit residential project in Hertfordshire. This traditional build development includes both houses and apartments, providing a dynamic and hands-on environment for an ambitious professional.

What You'll Do:

• 
  Support the Site Manager in daily site operations
• 
  Assist in managing subcontractors and ensuring quality control
• 
  Oversee health & safety on site
• 
  Monitor progress and report on key milestones

What We're Looking For:

• 
  Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager (residential sector and volume housing is a must)
• 
  Strong understanding of traditional build methods
• 
  Excellent communication and organisational skills
