What You'll Do -
Operational Processes:
Assisting with inventory and stock, audits & banking processes
Leadership:
Inspire and manage a team of outdoor enthusiasts
Premium Customer Service:
Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience
Sales Strategies:
Implement and drive sales initiatives.

Proven track record in retail management from a outdoor/apparel/footwear background
