Your Role: As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support your Store Manager by: Leading your team to success and ensuring top-notch customer service across the store. Assisting with core operational processes, such as stock management and audits. Maintaining high standards throughout the store. Motivating your team in the absence of the Store Manager. About You: We are looking for retail management professionals with experience in outdoor, apparel, or footwear retail. Ideal candidates will have: Experience with KPIs, budgeting, and planning.
