Assistant Team Leader Position:
Ready to make a difference and transform lives? This role involves taking on the position of Assistant Team Leader in a dynamic and fast-paced team in South Gloucestershire. As an Assistant Team Leader, you will be responsible for service delivery, overseeing various support services, and leading a team to support vulnerable adults. Collaborating with local authorities and agencies, you will help individuals who have experienced homelessness secure stable housing and provide person-centred support covering various issues such as financial inclusion, mental health, and access to education and employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee service delivery and lead a dedicated team.
Effectively manage housing functions and ensure high-quality support.
Collaborate with local authorities and agencies to help individuals secure stable housing.
Provide person-centred support covering various issues such as financial inclusion, mental health, and access to education and employment.
Requirements for Assistant Team Leader Position:
Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and protection strategies.
Understanding of the causes of homelessness and social exclusion.
Experience supporting individuals who have experienced trauma.
