As the Associate Building Surveyor, you'll be joining a progressive Chartered Surveying practice, with a diverse and close-knit team of 10 other Surveyors based in the bustling area of Clapham. With newly refurbished offices close to the well-known Clapham Common, you'll have easy access to great tube links, restaurants, and shops.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will work with both landlords and tenants clients, across the commercial, mixed-use and residential sectors, carrying out a range of instructions across London.

As the chosen Associate Building Surveyor you'll be joining the team at a crucial point of growth, allowing for uncapped and fast progression to line management etc.

Person specification

This role will suit a well-seasoned Associate Building Surveyor, who has strong communication ability and who works well in a small team.

• MRICS qualified
• RICS accredited degree
• 3+ years' consultancy background
• Commericially minded and business development focused
• Line management experience or skillset
