Associate Building Surveyor

A respectable commercial property management consultancy are looking for a focused Associate Building Surveyor to strengthen their expanding Leeds office.

The Associate Building Surveyors' role

This dynamic position will see the Associate Building Surveyor managing client relationships, overseeing multiple projects, and offering leadership within the team.

The Associate Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing professional services such as dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence, development monitoring, defect diagnosis and schedules of condition reports.

Collaborating closely with the team, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to manage a variety of high profile projects from inception to completion, across sectors including retail, leisure, office, industrial and public.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will ideally be a driven and career-focused individual, eager to contribute to a thriving office environment.

• MRICS qualification is preferred
• Commercial consultancy experience
• Strong communication skills
• Previous team leadership experience is beneficial
