We are now looking to expand our team by bringing in a dynamic Associate Broker who is eager to develop their career in the commercial finance sector. About the Role:

As an Associate Broker, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Senior Brokers, helping them provide a market-leading service to our clients. This role is designed to give you a unique opportunity to learn the art of commercial finance broking, develop your business development skills, and structure deals – all while being mentored by experienced Senior Brokers. You will have the chance to progress into a Senior Broker role with time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Brokers with client transactions, packaging documents, and liaising with lenders.
• Assist in securing Agreements in Principle and Underwritten offers.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a smooth and transparent application process.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking and outbound prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and clients.
• Contribute to achieving business revenue goals while working towards your own targets.

About You:

• You are proactive, organised, and have a strong passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
• You have a foundational understanding of finance, business, or property finance, and are keen to learn and grow in the commercial finance sector.
• Communication is one of your strengths – you can build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues with ease.
• You have a resourceful and solution-oriented mindset – you enjoy problem-solving and going the extra mile.
• You are looking for long-term career progression and see yourself moving into a Senior Broker role.
