p strong Associate, Corporate Strategy, Global Financial Services Group /strong /p p br br All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying. br /p p We are now working with a major financial services group who are looking to recruit an Associate into one of their their corporate strategy teams. /p p br /p p In this role, you will: /p p br /p ul li Undertake in-depth analysis to support the development and track execution of the strategy of the bank /li li Provide support to senior strategy function and senior management on strategic reviews and to improve quality of strategic planning, management information, accountability and governance /li li Ensure proper and timely consideration of market, industry and competitor analysis to support planning and performance management activities /li li Ensure team’s compliance with mandatory, necessary and business critical initiatives and requirements /li li Deliver fair outcomes for our stakeholders (customers, shareholders etc) and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets /li /ul p br /p p To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: /p p br /p ul li Financial services experience /li li Strategy experience in either consultancy or corporate. /li li Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills, including modelling. /li li Ability to work independently and able to work in a small team with a flat structure to work collaboratively in a team environment /li /ul p br /p p The role is suitable for someone with 3- 6 years experience and there is some scope as to the grade of associate at which they hire. /p
