Tasks and responsibilities:Assist with the growth and management of the current team.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.Proactively assist the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projectsUndertaking building surveys and site inspections.Production of Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys and PPM schedules.Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction and development projectsDelivery of contract administration servicesFund MonitoringWorking with external clients and consultant teams.Key skills required:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbalCapable report and specification writing skillsMRICS Qualification
