Associate Director - Cleaning Operations

Opus People Solutions are seeking an Associate Director of Cleaning Operations to support the continued growth of a large business in Ipswich.

You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team alongside Associate Directors of the multiple businesses.

As the Associate Director of Cleaning Operations you will be responsible for operational delivery of all cleaning services, including Joint Venture cleaning businesses, education and business sector cleaning and large multi sector key account cleaning

You will be responsible for annual budgets of £30m plus with SLAs and KPIs to be upheld with a total cleaning team across the UK of 2500.

This is a business with a large turnover, so experience within a sizeable organisation is advantageous.
