Account Director/ Associate Director (Corporate Reputation Management) Our client, a London based corporate reputation management firm, is looking for a new Account Director or Associate Director to join their growing team given recent proposal wins.Working directly alongside the close-knit senior management team, on an international base of clients, you shall have ample responsibility for client delivery and output as well as directly helping advise on complex issues and crisis. Working in the fields of luxury fashion alongside globally recognised brands, large financial services businesses, technology and more you shall gain a true breadth of experience. Position Overview: They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Director (recently promoted to) or current Associate Director to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for helping lead the day-to-day client engagements, developing strategic communication plans, and driving impactful results. The ideal candidate shall have roughly five plus years' of experience in the corporate communications space or crisis communications and shall be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in communications, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering client relationships. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality strategic communications solutionsDevelop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with client objectivesProvide strategic counsel to clients on media relations, crisis communication, stakeholder engagement, and digital strategyOversee the creation of compelling content, including press releases, speeches, social media posts, and other communication materialsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of communication plansMentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growthStay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our service offeringsWhat They Offer:Salary from £50,000 (if you are on the junior end of an Account Director) or up to £80,000 if you are a current Associate Director with circa one plus years of experience Opportunities for professional development and career advancement (external paid for coaching/ development)A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
