Associate Director Estate Management and Valuation Salary: £55,344 to £78,698, depending on experience and qualifications Beach Baker are proud to be working alongside South West Norse, part of the award-winning Norse Group. They are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Associate Director of Estate Management and Valuation to join their team. The Role: As the Associate Director of Estate Management and Valuation, you will: Lead and manage a team of 10, consisting of 9 professional surveyors and 1 graduate surveyor. Handle a broad range of General Practice (GP) Estate Management tasks including Landlord & Tenant (L&T) matters, asset valuation, leasing, disposals, and compulsory purchase orders (CPO). Support senior management in overseeing property and professional technical staff. Assist the Director of Estates and Valuation with marketing, business development, and the preparation of tenders and fee proposals. Provide inspirational leadership and ensure effective day-to-day management and robust performance of the team. About You: We are looking for a motivated and inspirational General Practice Surveyor with significant experience in estate management and valuation, ideally within the private or public sector. You should have a proven track record in team leadership and management. Requirements: Professional Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Ideally, a RICS Registered Valuer with experience in delivering Local Authority Asset Valuations in accordance with RICS, CIPFA, and IFRS standards. Knowledge and experience of the Law of Compulsory Purchase, the Land Compensation Act, and land acquisition through negotiation or compulsory purchase. Excellent team leadership and management skills. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and negotiate at all levels. Why Join?
