Projects included Phase I Desk Studies and Phase II Ground Investigations for both residential and commercial developments as well as landfill extension sites /p p strong Associate Director Geo-Environmental Position Overview /strong /p ul li Leading the Geo-Environmental team of a Principal, Senior and Graduate Engineer /li li Working to design standards in accordance with British Standards, Eurocodes, CIRIA, BRE, NHBC etc /li li Implement internal QMS procedures and ensure all designs comply with the company’s internal checking protocols. /li li Coordinate, supervise, and actively engage with clients /li li Offer innovative designs, design documentation, /li li Overseeing the tender process, producing precise contract documentation, /li li Full project management of projects of all sizes including commercial delivery of projects, ensuring timescales and budgets are met. /li li Input into the preparation of fee proposals and develop associated site investigations scopes. /li li Lead the site investigation process from concept (proposals) through to completion /li li Undertake coordination with other professionals and contractors as appropriate /li li Mentoring of less experienced members /li /ul p strong Associate Director Geo-Environmental Position Requirements /strong /p ul li Completion of Degree in relevant Engineering subject /li li Minimum 10 years’ experience working in similar engineering consultancy /li li Chartered geologist, Engineer or Scientist. /li li Commercially aware, and able to actively attract and develop business opportunities /li li Proficient in the use of software such as technical design packages including SlopeW (or similar), Holebase etc. /li li Proficient in foundation design and recommendations, earthworks, slope stability, and contaminated land risk assessment including remediation, DQRA etc /li li The ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians /li li Full driving licence and use of a car /li /ul p strong Associate Director Geo-Environmental Position Remuneration /strong /p ul li Salary £60k + (dependent on experience) /li li 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays /li li Hybrid working /li li Payment of a relevant professional subscription /li li Life Assurance Policy /li li Training and professional development plan /li /ul
