Associate Director - Highways/Infrastructure

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with an international presence. They are looking for an Associate Director to lead the infrastructure and highways team. You will essentially be the number 2 to the department lead and help them with the growth and management of the team. You will be working in a nice, modern office containing over 500 staff. You will be managing a team of 15 and will help the Civils lead with developing new business.
