Associate Director of CDM

An established Multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy is seeking a very experienced CDM Principal Designer to lead a diverse and high-profile project portfolio within the core construction sectors. Renowned for its exciting projects and prestigious clients, this practice is dedicated to achieving Safety by Design while fostering a passion for innovative solutions.

This role will see you join as an Associate Director and offers you the autonomy to manage your workload effectively and guid your teams' efforts.

The Principal Designer Role - Associate Director

As the Principal Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10+ Principal Designers, providing mentorship and technical delivery yourself. This is a client facing role and will include management activities.

The CDM Consultant Will Have:

• NEBOSH Construction (required)
• Tech IOSH (minimum)
• APS membership (preferred)
• Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
