Are you an experienced finance professional looking to take the next step in your career within a high-growth, dynamic, and innovative global SaaS business? We are seeking an Associate Director of Finance to join our award winning international client within a pivotal role leading a talented team responsible for financial reporting, management information and transactional finance.

You will have a hands-on leadership approach, mentoring the team and working with the CFO to drive continual progressive improvements to processes and reporting, liaising with other Finance leads across the group to share best practice whilst developing the finance and reporting function.

Further scope within the roles includes;

  • Financial Reporting: Lead the timely delivery of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, profitability assessments, and pricing strategies aligned with company and group standards.
  • Team development: Mentor & develop a high-performing finance team, fostering growth and recruiting top talent to meet departmental goals.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Shape sales forecasts, budgets, and business targets. Use historical data and predictive analytics to guide decision making and evaluate ROI on key projects.
  • Business Partnering: Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on finance initiatives and to support broader business goals. Work with stakeholders to evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Financial Controls: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and other business performance data by embedding suitable financial controls.

Successful applicants will be ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified accountants with 5 years + experience & a track record of delivering technical and commercial finance leadership in fast-paced environments, gained within Financial Controller or Associate Director of Finance roles. In addition, the role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial results, to both technical and non-technical audiences at various levels across the organisation including the Board of Directors.
