Associate Director - Product Supply Chain - Pharmaceuticals

Job Description An excellent opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain professional to join an industry-leading pharmaceutical organisation and drive the end-to-end supply chain of products across the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions.

The role:
A strategic leadership role encompassing both line management and hands-on operational responsibilities. Key duties will include, but aren’t limited to:

Oversight of individual Logistic Service Providers and distributors.
Managing commercial & operational execution of delivery through third party logistics providers.
Strategic portfolio management – Taking a lead on projects which will include seeking out and executing innovative and higher value distribution options.
Managing all pricing, alternative access schemes and other commercial programmes.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate the following criteria:

At least 5 years of Supply Chain experience, which must include strong product supply chain and existing line management experience.
Pharmaceutical industry experience – this is highly preferred, but we are also looking to speak with anyone from an FMCG background too.
Strong leadership and influencing qualities.
European experience – again, this is highly preferred.
