This role presents an exciting opportunity to oversee a portfolio of 150 tier 1 clients, driving commercial initiatives, managing client engagements, and ensuring impeccable project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of tier 1 clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Drive commercial strategies and initiatives to maximise revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead and oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceeding client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings and strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge and expertise.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and growth.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in managing complex client portfolios within the professional services sector.
