Who we are looking for

The role is perfect for someone with boundless energy, quick thinking, and a wealth of ideas. As an Associate Director, you'll play a critical role in winning new business, managing existing clients, and driving the growth of our agency. You'll have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities and progress your career, with no limits other than your own ambition.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Acquisition & Growth: Secure new business, expand services for existing clients, and mentor junior staff, while upholding core agency values.
  • Client Management & Strategy: Develop and implement PR strategies tailored to client objectives, build strong media relationships, particularly in financial services, and secure impactful coverage.
  • Content Creation & Media Relations: Craft targeted press releases and social media content, and mentor junior staff in writing and communication skills.
  • Crisis Management: Proactively identify and manage potential issues within client organizations to mitigate risks.

This role will be ideal for someone with


  • Extensive PR experience at a senior level, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A quick thinker with a passion for variety and change, able to adapt to shifting client needs and the news agenda.
  • A relationship builder with a knack for working with clients, journalists, and colleagues at the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
  • Strong writing skills, with a flair for crafting compelling copy that inspires action.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of the financial services market and existing relationships with journalists in this sector.
