We are looking for an Associate Director to join the Research andFaculty Office at London Business School on a one year fixed termcontract. You will be responsible for managing our sevenSubject Area Managers whose teams are responsible for supporting ouroutstanding Faculty; working with them to build relationships, deliverexcellence and collaborate across the School. You will represent thedepartment on Management Committee and work closely with FacultyChairs, providing regular updates. Not only will you work closely withmembers of your team to ensure an efficient service is provided tofaculty but you will also work across numerous departments of theschool, including Degree Education and the People Team. Youwill have strong people management experience, an understanding of howto build strong relationships with Faculty and previous experiencewithin Higher Education is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
